We aren’t kidding. Marketing takes time, but it shouldn’t be your time. Your time should be dedicated to catering to your home sellers and home buyers, not dealing with the ins-and-outs of marketing.
As a real estate agent, managing clients is a full-time job, particularly when it comes to providing a client with concierge real estate services. In order to attract high-end homes, you need to have a track record and reputation of dedicating 110% to each client, every time.
