The Washington Fine Properties brand is storied and well-recognized across the nation, we weren't looking to completely change it, instead, we added a tagline, cleaned up the existing logo and softened the color palette. This allowed us to create collateral that had the desired effect and was able to communicate the messaging in a more effective way.
Washington Fine Properties desired to have a new tagline, an examination of their existing brand, and ultimately new materials to be used on their social media, direct mail, and email communication.
Feeling that they were falling behind the times they came to Keenability with the hope of moving their brand forward and making it more competitive in the saturated area of Washington DC. Having visited their office several times, the Keen team knew exactly what they needed to tie the brand together, without changing it.
