Little Smiles is a nonprofit organization that, at the request of frontline advocates and caretakers, facilitates wish fulfillment for children in tough situations.
We were brought into this project by one of our clients who sits on the board and we immediately knew this was a project we wanted to be a part of.
As with any organization that has a lot of people invested and involved, there was a lot of individuals worried about taking the leap and departing from the existing logo; despite the fact that it presented several challenges.
The main objective was to introduce a logo that was playful and charming, but also professional. The current logo they had was very childish and made donors hesitate to get involved in the organization and others confused as to its purpose.
It was necessary for the Little Smiles logo to portray the spirit of the company, to make you smile. We did just that.
Little Smiles wasn't exclusively in need of a new cohesive brand, they also needed all the support materials to help them increase financial donations to their organization. We were tasked with creating stationery, powerpoint presentations for potential donors, annual impact reports, annual sponsorship packages, event sponsorship documents, brochures, donation cards, and display booths.
As with any brand, social media is essential. Little Smiles needed a heavily branded online presence in which they could show the work they do, the events they were hosting and the support they needed. To do this, we created Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. We also provided templates that they could use as well as insights for making the most of their accounts.
