When you’re showing high-end homes to your clients, the entire experience needs to be extraordinary. There are many other real estate professionals ready to take your client the moment you blink, but also a few simple things you can do to ensure that your client clearly sees the difference between you and your competitors.
Make the entire experience branded
You might unknowingly be doing this already. For most real estate professionals, their brand is determined by their personality. Are you low-key, refined, and more into muted colors? Then, this is your brand. It’ll be reflected in the clothes you wear, the car you drive, and the music you listen to. On the other hand, you might be flashier with a bold personality. The key is to be true to yourself, and be confident with the branded look you showcase. Remember that it’s okay if not everyone likes you, because the ones that do will be loyal.
Customize the experience to your client
Feel free to ask your client what kind of music he enjoys, and quickly plug in the information to the Pandora app or a similar music playlist app. This will allow the client to feel more comfortable on the drive to the property, and make them more receptive to what you have to say.
Give them something to remember you by
Whether you close the sale or not, it’s important for your branding to remain with the client. This can be done through a hand-written note with your branding on it; something subtle, but visibly from you. Monthly email newsletters are also a fantastic way to automatically connect regularly with all your past and present clients, while simultaneously exposing them to your brand.
